- You submit your concierge requests at the time of booking
- We strive to meet all concierge requests within reason - we will contact you prior to the scheduled consultation if more specifics are needed, or if expectations need to be adjusted
- All sales are final and payments are non-refundable
- Cancelations and reschedules may require another booking fee, at our discretion
- Fees for Concierge Services are customized to your requests and are discussed in the consultation
